Etiology:
- It can occur in normal individuals
- COPD
- Valvular disease
- Chronic CAD
- Following the surgical repair of a VSD
Signs and Symptoms:
Asymptomatic
ECG Findings:
- QRS complex more than 120 msec
- QRS complex with a wide R wave
- QRS pattern with a wide S wave in V6
Treatments:
No specific treatments
