Atrial Flutter
Etiology:
Circular movement of electrical activity around the atrium at a rate 300 bpm
Signs and Symptoms:
- Asymptomatic
- Palpitations
- Syncope
- Light-headedness
ECG Findings:
- Regular rhythm
- P wave appear “sawtooth:
Treatments:
- Anticoagulation and rate control
- Cardioversion
