It usually a sign of organic heart disease (hypertension, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, CAD)
Signs and Symptoms:
Asymptomatic
ECG Findings:
- QRS duration more than 120 msec
- Wide QS complex in V1
- Wide, tall R wave with no Q wave in V6
Treatments:
- Often no specific treatments
- Pacemaker may be used in post MI LBBB with conduction defects
