Etiology:

• Drug effect from digoxin, beta blocker, and calcium channel blocker
• Increased vagal tone

Signs and Symptoms:
Asymptomatic

ECG Findings:
PR interval is increase until a dropped beat occurs (Wenckebach)

Treatments:
Stop the offending drugs
