Vitiligo is a depigmentation due to loss of melanocytes and associates with autoimmune and thyroid disease. It more common in dark-skinned peaople with a family history.

Irregular white patches
Treatments:
- Topical artificial tanning cream
- Steroid/tretinoin creams
- Phototherapy
