Etiology:

Signs and Symptoms:
  • Shortness of breath
  • Palpitation
  • Angina
  • Light-headedness
  • Syncope

ECG Findings:
Retrograde P wave is often seen after a normal QRS

Treatments:
  • Valsalva
  • Caroted massage
  • Adenosine
  • Cardioversion if hemodynamically unstable
